D&E Online Nursing Students Achieve Academic Honors

Davis & Elkins College has announced the names of students who earned the president’s list and dean’s list for the summer 2022 RN-BSN rotation.

Students pursuing their degree must complete a minimum of 12 semester hours of graded coursework during the rotation with a term grade point average of 4.0 to earn the president’s list or a grade point average of 3.6 to less than 4.0 to earn the dean’s list.

Earning the distinction of president’s list are: Jamie Bennett of Valley Bend; Taylor Brown of Buckhannon; Emily Crosten of Parsons; Erika Hammond of French Creek; Jamie Hughes of Elkins; Samantha Phares of Elkins; Camilla Wamsley of Norton; and Valerie Wenzel of Elkins.

Earning the distinction of dean’s list are: Danielle Godbey of Walton; Elizabeth Sendling of Clarksburg; and Natalie Wolford of Coalton.

Designed for working RNs, the Davis & Elkins RN-BSN Degree Completion Program offers busy professionals a convenient and efficient way to further their education. All classes are offered online in three, consecutive 16-week rotations. Each rotation is divided into two, eight-week modules, with six or seven credits offered per module session.

Students may enter the program in January and August of each year.
