Tina Marie Dixon, a 52-year-old resident of Huntington, West Virginia, pleaded guilty on January 6, 2026, to federal charges of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and cocaine base (crack).

Court records show that law enforcement executed a search warrant at a garage behind Dixon’s home on March 25, 2026. During the operation, Dixon agreed to let officers search her bedroom. Officers discovered 37.1 grams of fentanyl and 2.7 grams of crack in her room, along with $18,984 in cash. Dixon also admitted that officers saw her distributing crack to someone outside her residence as they arrived.

Dixon is set for sentencing on April 13, 2026. She faces up to 20 years in prison, at least three years of supervised release, and a fine that could reach $1 million.

United States Attorney Moore Capito announced the plea and recognized the efforts of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Huntington Police Department in investigating the case.

The hearing was overseen by United States District Judge Robert C. Chamber. Assistant United States Attorney Lesley C. Shamblin is prosecuting.
