Travilah home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Travilah fell by $80,000 while total sales increased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,025,000 - a 7.2% decrease over the $1,105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Travilah in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Travilah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $12,745, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
