Clarksburg home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Clarksburg fell by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $424,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Clarksburg in the first quarter of 2018.
