Clarksburg home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Clarksburg rose by $35,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,500 - a 8.6% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Clarksburg in the fourth quarter of 2017.
