Poolesville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Poolesville rose by $5,600 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,500 - a 1% increase over the $539,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Poolesville in the third quarter of 2019.
