Christmas is coming to Bluefield, WV, “WV Christmas City”!! These windows were done by Bluefield Middle School art teacher Amanda Bowlick and are located on Bland Street and Scott Street, the former JC Penney building. We have the best volunteers in the country!!!! We cannot do this without our volunteers!!! Thanks to each and everyone!!!
