BCT Residential Lending Team Strengthened with Addition of Chris Puller

BCT Residential Lending, a division of Bank of Charles Town, also known as The Community’s Bank, recently announced Chris Puller as the newest member of its residential lending team, serving as Mortgage Loan Officer. Mr. Puller will be responsible for residential mortgage originations throughout BCT’s markets with an emphasis in Loudoun County, Virginia and Jefferson County, West Virginia. 

Mr. Puller’s primary office is located at BCT’s Purcellville, Virginia branch at 1201 Wolf Rock Drive.  He will also work from the main office at 111 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, West Virginia.

With over 15 years of financial services experience in both mortgage banking and retail and branch banking, Mr. Puller most recently served as Mortgage Loan Officer with Sierra Pacific Mortgage since 2018.   Prior to that, he served as Retail Banking Manager with Middleburg Bank.

Mr. Puller is committed to giving back to the community.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors  for the Jefferson County Development Authority of West Virginia.  He also serves on the Board as Past President of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Rotary Club of Charles Town (West Virginia).  Mr. Puller is a past Board member of the Boys and Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle and a past member of the Purcellville Business Association in Purcellville, Virginia.

Recognized for outstanding service to the community, Mr. Puller has been named Rotarian of the Year by the Rotary Club of Charles Town.  He has also been named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International for significant service to others. 

Mr. Puller is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Multidisciplinary Studies consisting of three areas of concentration:  Business Administration, Communications, and Sport and Exercise Physiology.    

Making his home in Jefferson County, West Virginia with his wife and two sons, Mr. Puller coaches Little League baseball and basketball and most enjoys spending time with his family.  He also enjoys entertaining guests with his specialty smoked meats.  Traveling is also a favorite pursuit especially when visiting Morgantown to cheer on the WVU Mountaineers.
