NFIB State Director Gil White commented on Governor Justice's Job Jumpstart Program, emphasizing its potential impact on small businesses in West Virginia. White stated, "One of the greatest challenges facing West Virginia’s small businesses right now is finding qualified job applicants." He referenced a recent NFIB survey indicating that 49 percent of small business owners across the country have unfilled positions, even with increased wages.

White expressed optimism about the new program, saying, "Governor Justice’s Job Jumpstart Program is going to help small businesses by providing an additional incentive for people to enter or reenter the workforce."
